[confirmed] If you start learning your first skill before starting the quest, you can't complete it

• That confused me as well: being told to start learning a skill left me pointing at the rock saying "but...but he's wearing his learning glasses! He's started already!". Guess it'll all be the same in ten minutes. Confusing though.
