[awaiting response] Garlic Kiss quest

The text says I need to buy Lips and Garlic, and "an Emotional Bear, but you should already have one of those." I don't.

• If you do the Eesti Life Catalog instance quest you should've gotten one as a reward, but if not you can buy one from a hardware vendor.
  
  It looks like you do have one, though you may've bought one.. do you know what happened to the one you were rewarded from the quest above?

• I remember when I read the text for this quest and I didn't have the emo bear like it said I should. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe I had completed the Esti Life Catalog quest already too. I ended up just purchasing the bear in order to complete the Garlic Kiss quest.
