Rock doesn't give rewards when completed Quests (Requires a reload)

Expected:

When completed a quest, such as the Massage 7 Butterflies, the rock would start a conversation and end with 'Here's a little something in return'. I would then receive the rewards.

Actual:

Once I had finished the quest (two quests had been like that for me), no dialogue is started and no rewards are given. The quest says 'Done', but is not shuffled to the bottom of the quest log, as you can see here:

UPDATE: Requires a reload & then Rock acknowledges that you've completed those quests & gives your the rewards as normal.

• I've had this happen too - or sometimes i'll just get 'recognition' from the rock - ie he pops the quest completed dialogue some 15 minutes after completing the quest. really odd.

• I've had this happen, too. Then they all execute once I earn a badge or the day breaks.

• I had this happen several times on Saturday, but did not notice it on Sunday. Though I had many fewer quests on Sunday.
