[confirmed] Opening Bags while performing actions [not a bug]

It may well be designed this way, but when I'm mining I can't open a bag, while I suppose this makes sense, it is fairly annoying to have to wait just to see what is in one of the other bags.

• We had a similar comment in Help Chat during the play test, and we're looking at ways to allow you to move stuff around in your inventory while doing different tasks that otherwise won't let you.
