skill hover gets overwhelmingly stuck...
When deciding on a new skill if my cursor so much as touches a skill the hover information comes up--- then doesn't hide afterwards. Makes for a very cluttered screen. :)

- On the skills page my mouse accidentally passed over Better Learning, causing an explanation pop-up that won't close and reduces any other skills pop-ups that I want to read, to ghost images.
