[confirmed] No verb tooltips

Lots of "no verb tooltip yet" messages, largely when I tried to talk to an NPC.

Dust Bunny, Helga, the tool vendor in Cebarkul and others.

  I'll add a post to the Common Issues, but we're fixing these as we see them. If you find one, please report the object (if it's an NPC, then which NPC, if it's an item, then what item, etc.) and the verb that lacked a tooltip (i.e. the dust bunny's "talk to"). The Dust Bunny should be fixed. I'll take a look at Helga and the Tool Vendor.

• as a follow I abandoned the quest because the dust bunny refused to cough up the goods, and now I can't " try again' because my quest log says I'm already doing the quest...
