[resolved] Player below ground level - Ti Street

Last test, I saw this (new) player below ground level in Ti Street. Sorry, all I know is what I saw and I was in a rush to get to somewhere, but I might as well report this incase there's some kind of ground level bug/exploit here. Or, maybe it was a problem my end.

• This happened to me at least twice during the last test, when I came out of my neighborhood back to Tii street. It didn't happen every time though. I was able to walk and eventually jump out of the ground back onto the surface.

• We had a bunch of this going on all during the test, it should be fixed by now, though.

• Agree with Nathan that it's not fixed... I am currently underground at Tii St. after a teleport there. I looked for a dev in help like Beefcake asked us to in another stuck undeground thread, but no luck. I can jump out though.
