[resolved] Quest Complete Message Twice

Just finished the quest for Teleportation and received the congrats message twice. Not a big deal, but something to look into.

• Odd. I wasn't able to reproduce this but we did some work with the way this and similar quests do their hand-in so it's very likely a common issue. I'll post an internal bug and we'll get it looked at. Thanks guys!
