[resolved] Don't get street building project finished notification or rewards after signing back in
I'd left Glitch for the night after contributing a hefty amount to the Maybe Marsh project and several others, but when I came back, I didn't get any notifications that they were done and so I got no rewards. *sadness*

- Oh, on a second reload, it gave me my rewards.
- We've been implementing a few fixes for project rewards/completion, so I suspect this has been fixed, or if it hasn't that it's indistinguishable from several bugs that have been, and will need to be re-addressed if it comes up a second time.
