[resolved] Planting while too tired results in loss of seed packets

Repro steps:
- Start gardening while hungry
- Run out of energy while hoeing but click to plant seeds before the client has caught up with all its "u hoed this" notifications
- Eat
- Notice the failed planted seeds are still missing from inventory

NB, I'm using Chrome though. Not sure if it occurs on other browsers.
