Shrine in my House, duplicated shrine/vendors on Louise Pasture

Today's test I ran into a two duplicative shrine/vendor combinations in Groddle Forrest. The last one appeared in my house.

Now, if you choose to put shrines in houses, that's cool. But having a vendor there watching me creeps me out.
