project reward cannot be dismissed

Repro Steps
-----------
When receiving rewards for a project (the particular project was for Wilhelm Borough)
The Magic Rock tells you about the rewards....
Click the X or OK to make the window close....

Expected Behavior
-----------------
The window should be dismissed and the rewards granted.

Actual Behavior
---------------
The window is dismissed, leaving behind a black background; no rewards are granted.

Reloading causes this process to repeat (halp, i am stuck!)

  • Just to report that this morning when I logged in, this project reward screen worked correctly (closed on "OK" and granted the reward).
