holiday quest didn't drop the thing

what i did
typed yay in local chat with full inventory/containers to see what would happen

what i expected
the quest would finish and the holiday thing would appear on the ground

what happened
the quest finished and it didn't appear or drop. Typing yay again after emptying an inventory slot did the same cuz the quest was done.
