I'm not eligible to learn a skill, yet I'm learning it anyway.

On my skills page, it say I'm not eligible to learn Remote Herdkeeping when I hover over the skill, yet I'm learning it. skitch.com/theresaanna/r8rm...

• Yeah, anytime you are currently learning a skill, they system reports that one as not eligible for some reason.
