[fixed] A new user can't log in

A friend of mine who just got an invite is unable to log in, with the site refusing to accept his email address and password as being valid, or recognising any of his email addresses as being valid for the purpose of resetting his password.

He originally registered on his iPhone, using his secret code and jayel@aheram.com, creating an account and character (http://alpha.glitch.com/profiles/275/). In the last step, he changed the email address from jayel@aheram.com to aheram@gmail.com, then when Glitch obviously failed to load due to the lack of Flash on the iPhone, switched to his MacBook and tried with Firefox 3.6.2.

Although the site accepts his secret code and says that it looks like jayel@aheram.com has already created a beta account, when he tries to log in it reports that there's no account with that email address, regardless of which address he uses. Switching browsers and deleting all Glitch cookies hasn't helped.

  • He mistyped his email address when signing up and had set it to aaheram@gmail.com (an extra 'a' at the beginning). I've removed that extra 'a' so he should be good to go now!
