[Resolved] "Active project" in Kipacre Greens -- nowhere to be found

There's the "active project" sign on the load page for Kipacre Greens, and I was really excited because it might have been a chance to complete my metal ingots/smelting quest. But there was no street spirit or project to be seen! Was it just my browser, or did anyone else have the same problem?
