New Chat [keyboard shortcuts]

It appears that the ctrl+enter shortcut key does not work to toggle between chat and the avatar movements with the new chat. Or it is just a current problem that is being worked on?

• Sometimes Enter works when you have the blue highlight on an item and sometimes it doesn't.
