Avatar name omitted in "is here" and "just left" notifications (Chrome only)

• this came intermittently in FF/OS X for me yesterday. I did notice one time it happened that the notices in the chat window had a name, but the popup message did not.

• I noticed it happening with Firefox 4 Beta in Windows 7. In fact, I don't remember it NOT happening.
