I think this is (or should be) a feature.
An embarrassment of partying, drinking, conga and no-no powder should result in walls disolving, people getting stuck on lamps, etc.

I got stuck up in the roof as well. Restart didn't help and had to follow Ani to get unstuck. Didn't manage a screencap (hiccup - belch).
