Got favor quoin, started learning faster

I started alpha.glitch.com/forum/gene... to check if the bug was actually a bug, and apparently it is.

• I believe know the quoin in question, but was not able to replicate that by just obtaining the quoin and having the learning accelerate without spending the points given. I'll check with some of the others about that though. :)
