"The impossible achievement" link broken

When clicking on the "The impossible achievement" link, after selecting BA 3 in the skills section, the link leads to a broken page.

Shouldn't it either lead to a page, or not be a link?

• "The Impossible Achievement" is more of a stalling-for-time placeholder until the back-ends for BA2/3 are fleshed out.
  
  Though It would be funny if it lead to a scene of glitches standing in line at Department of Motor Vehicles or the like, waiting for the bureaucrocs...
