Rock doesn't propose quests related to all the latest skills I've learnt
I have learnt several skills while not playing today and when I came into the game, the rock only proposed the quest related to the last one (Grilling II).
So I miss the quests related to:
- Better Learning IV
- Levitation
- Engineering
- BlockMaking I
- Jellisac Hands
- Crystallography I
Quests are not totally blocked because I've just finished Light Green Thumb III and had the quest proposed.

Not a bug, in the end.
I thought all skills had a related quest.
