[fixed] Eating or drinking when maxed - still counts towards goals

I just completed the drink-12-beers goal with only 1 beer getting actually used. I bought 12 beers and drank one, and it maxed out my mood. I then tried to drink another and it told me I was too happy - but also said I drank a beer, and counted towards the 12 beers. So I kept drinking, and ended up with 11 beers left and the goal completed.
