[fixed] Closed in wrong place on forum page

ON the forum page the "we are currently closed" sign is to the left over the lvl and xp indicator instead of over the Enter the world button,
I was very upset looked like glitch was open and I'd stumbled onto a test.

• Fixed! I changed an A to a SPAN and then it wasn't RELATIVE. Geeeeez. Rooky stuff, right there. Thanks for pointing it out.
