[confirmed] Bug when creating Spriggasse for the first time

I add 11 Red, 7 Green, and 5 Blue to my test-tube, hit mix, and get this result:

Only on doing the exact same recipe again do I get the Spriggasse required for my rock quest. (The 7 Green *are* taken from my inventory, but aren't mentioned on the dialog)
