[confirmed] Uralia loding screen in Llmenske Caverns

The first time you enter Level 1 East from The Entrance, you see a Uralia loading screen. Subsequent entrances show the Cavern loading screen.

I've seen the Uralia loading screen on other East Caverns but haven't been able to duplicate.
