[investigating] Password reset not functioning?

I just went to sign in on another computer, and found the original alpha-invitation code, which I entered. I was told I already had an account (yep) and entered what I thought was the password. It didn't work, so I requested a PW reset, and was told instructions had been sent to my email account.

Nope.

Nothing has arrived (and not in spam folder either). Is it malfunctioning?
