[confirmed] Mining + L for quests = Nothing

When mining, hitting L does not bring up the quest log. The only way to do so while mining is to open the rock, then quests via him.

• I think this happens with other activities as well. I've noticed it a few times. I think fruit changing was one of them.

• Yep; fixing it for one activity should fix it for all, though, so no worries :)
