Failed to load the game in Chrome and Firefox at Ubuntu 9.10

Environment

Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic Koala)
Google Chrome Linux Version 6.0.472.11 dev
Firefox (Namoroka) 3.6.9pre
Debugger version of the Flash plugin provided by Glitch forum

Repro Steps
---------------------
1.) Click "Enter the world..."
2.) The loading bar loaded
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Expected Behavior
----------------------------------
The game loads successfully and I'm able to play.
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Actual Behavior
---------------------------------
1.) The toolbar (Glitch logo, time, sound, Help, Give Feedbacks, Save and Quit) loaded but the game screen itself remains blank white
2.) After awhile the screen turns grey and it pop up "OMG reload!"

• Is this just once it happened? Or it always happens to you? Or frequently? (We just had a little database incident that might have affected game loading.)

• I run the game on an up-to-date kubuntu 10._ and firefox. Do you have adobe's latest stable linux version of flashplayer? Ubuntu 9.10 might use an older version in its stable installation.

• Originally I used the flash player I downloaded from Adobe's website ---- not working.
  Then I changed to the debugger version of the Flash plugin provided by Glitch forum --- not working too.
  Now I installed the newest stable version from Adobe's website. But Glitch is offline now thought. : )

• The installed flashplugin version that runs the game with firefox on my machine is 10.1r53, if that helps. It is the latest stable lucid version.

• Hi, I meant the shockwave plugin version number when I click on add-ons under tools in firefox.

• At the start of each test day, I have to attempt to load the game several times before it'll run (osx 10.5, safari 5.0 & 5.0.1, latest flash release). What works, after the game gives me the reload message, let it finish loading completely, then do the reload. It just takes me awhile to remember to do that.
