[confirmed] Conflicting Energy levels when using Focus Energy/Orb

Intermittently, when using focus energy within Meditation, the resulting energy gain is shown as a low number (usually +4 for some reason) on the Energy bar, but within your local chat the text reflects a more accurate number, such as +47.
I'm not sure how to consistently reproduce this, and it seemed to be random.

• I thought I was seeing things, but this might have happened to me with a quoin. I believe I saw a +4 pop up on the energy bar (although not certain, to further complicate things, it might even have been xp!), but then the chat text said that it was only +1. apologies if this is a wild goose to be adding to the investigation, but on the off chance that it's related, there you go. :)
