[confirmed] Saucery skills' learning times are off?

Saucery takes 60 minutes and Saucery II takes 20 minutes to learn. Should be maybe 10 & 20? 20 & 60? 60 & 100?

• Yeah that's a little odd, I'll look into it and if it's supposed to be like that, hopefully I'll have a good reason for it and I can let you know :)
