[fixed] notes with super-long "words" mess up the home page slightly

They go way off the right side of the page.

I tried a bunch of special characters in one notes test and none of them worked. Oughta reject them instead of converting them (e.g., ? converted to %u20A1 )

A delete option for notes may come in handy unless this version of notes is gonna be tossed later.

- Fixed the overflow issue.
- Will escape the special characters too.
- Deleting should come in the future for sure.
