[fixed] player updates

Player-typed updates on the home page (like "Tingly: I learned Cookery!") should have the closing tags for bold/italics/strikethrough/underline tags added to the end of what they typed automatically. Or, disable tags. Otherwise, unclosed tags affect most of the the rest of the page.

• Yergh. Missing one escape will bite ya in the butt. Fixed. We shouldn't be allowing any html or really any type of code in there. Thanks for the find (and for the hilarious stream of notes on my homepage).
