[known issue] Pick your avatar screen didn't load for me in Chrome

Specs:
Mac OS X Snow Leopard, Chrome beta channel.
2.53 Ghz, 4Gb ram

Pick your avatar screen didn't load for me in Chrome. The next page didn't either, but at least hitting next always worked. Now I'm a woman avatar though. :/

  • The avatar screen didn't load at first for me. It loaded in eventually, but if there were some kind of "loading" indicator, that'd be helpful. Or no delay, of course. :)

    I'm on Firefox 3.6.8, Mac OSX Leopard.

  • It doesn't work for me in Safari and Chrome has all kinds of problems. Firefox is fine with me.

  • The screen can take a long time to load right now, but if you give it some time it should load okay after a minute or so. Also, your version of Chrome is in beta, and while we aren't going to tell you not to use it, Chrome itself has always been one of the more error-prone browsers to use with Glitch, and using new unsupported versions may add to the risk of things going wrong.
