[awaiting response] Inventory bug: Obtained item stacks up on another unrelated item

I've got 2 focusing orbs in my inventory. When harvesting eggplants, obtained eggs stack up on one of the orbs and disappear. Orbs function normally.

How did you interact with the stacked-upon orb? Did you auction the orb by any chance? Any other guesses what you might've done beforehand that could've led to your inventory acting funny? Did reloading the client fix anything?
