[known issue] action animations not always showing up in Chrome

mostly noticed mining action animation and progress bar. current version of Chrome and flash version 10,1,82,76.

• I thought this was a feature of increased skill. Less time locked on the progress bar. Not having the progress indicator (aside from the bunch of cherries or whatever) makes keyboard navigation much easier.

• @xolo It's a bug that's been reported a few times before, actually, especially with Chrome. There still should be a bar that fills up really quickly. :3

• Known issue with Chrome especially. We're working on a way to fix it but it's proven a bit tricky to track down and fix.

• Also, if this happens to you, you can refresh the client and that should clear it up in the interim.
