Repro Steps
-----------
Join the max number of groups
Go to alpha.glitch.com/groups/create
Create a group

Expected Behavior
-----------------
You cannot create the group, as you are already in the maximum number of groups.

Actual Behavior
---------------
The group is created, you are a member, and now in (max groups+1) groups
