[confirmed] Inaccurate text in info box for the skill you're currently learning

I noticed this while learning "Master Chef". If you mouse over the master chef icon, the info box that pops up says that you don't meet the requirements to learn this skill. Shouldn't say something like "You are currently learning this skill."?
