To ad to what Abi has done. I removed my garden plot closet to the rock, changed backgrounds. Relogged after each change. Left the house, tried walking all the way to the left. So far.. No box has shown up. :-) let me know if I can try something else.
Hi, I found a similar bug, possibly related. I found the box in my backyard, but I didn't open it right away. I left my yard, went back into the world for a while, but when I came back, my box was gone. Thank you for any help you can provide.
I have the same problem but it looks like it's because the box only shows up once. If you don't open it the first time it shows up and reload, it won't be there any more :(
have the same problem! i got the message that there should be a box in my backyard... but there isn't! reloaded again and again but there is no box! :((
I didn't get one either. Back when the moving boxes arrived I didn't get mine when most others had received theirs but mine were eventually delivered. Hope that's the case with this delivery too.
I have also not received a craftybot. And when I tried to file a bug report like livehelp told me to do, the bug report forum seems to be down. Also the bug icon for reporting in game is gone from my window. Have you disabled bug reporting?
I don't have my craftybot either and I've been checking repeatedly for 22 hours, but I'll be happy to wait for these other people here ^ to get their's first
Folks who've posted on this thread, have you put in tickets at www.glitch.com/help/reports ? I believe staff are handling missing bots one at a time, so that might be necessary.
We are actively working to try to get craftybot out to everyone who got hit with this bug. It may take a while since we are light on staff now, but rest assured we're doing what we can so that you can enjoy some crafting fun before the end.

Since the bug icon is now gone from the game screen, can I jump in on this request for a crafty bot? The box was in my yard a few days ago when I logged on, but I did not open it immediately. When I came back home, the box was gone. I know TS is busy with other things, but I would really like the chance to play with one before it is all over,
As of sometime yesterday, the backlog of missing boxes they knew about was cleared: if yours is still missing (or if there is some other problem that staff would need to kick your account for) that's where to go.
